There is no actual proof of this, but the online gambling community can feel it coming. They are all hoping by the third and forth quarter of 2009, we should start seeing some adjustment to this act. For any of you that are not familiar with the UIGEA, it is an act the stops financial institutions from allowing payments to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casinobonusroom.com\/All-USA-Casinos.html\" target=\"_blank\">USA Internet casinos<\/a> and poker rooms. It does not say anything about online gambling to be illegal. This, to me is not what America is about. I mean, who is to say what I can and can not spend my money on. I addition, banks and other financial institutions are not set up to police their account holders. This Act is causing them much frustration and extra cost.
